01 The Challenge

Baobab Coffee was launching into the competitive specialty coffee market with no social presence and a modest budget. They needed to build community and drive foot traffic to their new Maboneng roastery.

02 Our Approach

We created a content strategy centered on the craft of roasting — behind-the-scenes reels, barista spotlights, and a weekly "origin stories" series tracing their beans from farm to cup. We focused on Instagram and TikTok with hyper-local targeting.

03 The Results

In 90 days, Baobab grew to 18,000 followers with an engagement rate of 8.2% — 4x the industry average. Weekend foot traffic exceeded capacity within month two.
